Baptism
Baptism marks the start of our Christian journey and provides a celebration of new beginnings at any time of our lives.
If you would like to find out more about any of these services or our churches, please contact us on 02 4945 0575
Marriage
The Sacrament of Holy Matrimony is Jess' loving act of uniting a man and a woman in a relationship of love and service.
The symbol of Christian marriage is the holding of hands. After the bride and bridegroom have exchanged solemn vows, the priest places a hand on their joined hands. This reminds them that in Christin marriage there are three parties, the man, the woman, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Confirmation
The Sacrament of Confirmation is the second part of the Christian Baptism. Before confirmation by the Bishop, the candidate renews the promises of baptism and affirms the Christian faith in the words of the ancient baptismal creed.
Young candidates for confirmation are usually aged eleven or twelve years.
Funeral
A Christian Funeral is an opportunity to give thanks and express grief and Funeral Services must be conducted with sensitivity and care. It is important that we plan for our funerals, and many people advise their families of their choice of hymns and scripture readings.
